At Brunswick Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your home entertainment investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully disassemble and pack your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large furniture like pool tables, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a professional pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
